Visual elements can significantly enhance the attractiveness of your conversations and offer a chance to integrate your branding into the design.
Visual content includes both images and videos. You have the flexibility to choose visuals from our extensive library, powered by Unsplash and Pexels, or you can upload your own visuals to personalize your conversations further.
On the left sidebar in the conversation editor, you'll need to open the "Visuals" step.
Inside the "Visuals" step, you'll see the media pool and all the steps of the conversations.
The media pool is a collection of all the image/video assets that can be used for the conversation. This media will be used to populate the visuals of the conversation flow for users.
If the media pool is empty, you can click on the "Generate Media Pool" and the AI will find the best images and videos to use for your conversation. Otherwise, you can select your own media.
Below the media pool is a list of the conversation steps. Here you can drag media thumbnails on top of each step. Dragging a thumbnail over a step will assign that media to that specific step. So whenever that step of the conversation is shown, it'll always show that same media. When a step doesn't have media assigned to it, it'll choose a random media from the media pool during each conversation.
When media is assigned to a specific step, you are given some extra settings to customize the step even more. You can click on the settings button on the right side, this will open a settings panel. From here you can change how the media will be displayed on the step, as well as the opacity of the media.
Here are some example of custom media settings
