Create your first conversation

Welcome to Leadrr! Here, we transform traditional forms into fluid, conversational experiences. This guide provides you with the essential steps to get started.

1. To begin, you must first set up a Leadrr account. Use this link to learn how to register: Sign Up for Leadrr.

2. After creating your account, sign in to Leadrr. You'll be directed to your Workspace, which serves as the main area for overseeing all your Leadrr conversations.
   
   

   

   
   

3. In your Workspace, find the "+ Create Conversation" button and click it to create a new conversation. A menu will pop up offering two choices: Start from scratch or Choose a template.

   1. Start from Scratch: This option is ideal if you want to construct your conversation from scratch. It gives you full control over the design and sequence of your conversation, allowing you to customize it according to your specific requirements.

   2. Choose a Template: Opt for this method if you're looking for a faster and more streamlined way to build a conversation. We offer a variety of ready-made templates. Simply click on one to start with a pre-structured conversation that you can customize to fit your needs.

   
   

Start from Scratch

To initiate your conversation from scratch, select Start from Scratch. Start by providing a concise description of your conversation and include pertinent background information in the Overview section. Here are some illustrative examples:

• A sign-up form for potential customers interested in a demo of my product.

• A questionnaire designed to uncover the habits and preferences of surf enthusiasts.

• An application form for joining the certified NYC marathon training program, which spans two weeks.

Select the preferred tone of voice for the AI in your conversation. You can either type in your desired tone or pick from a list of options. Choose a tone that best suits your needs.

Next, draft your Welcome Screen. You have the option to create it yourself or ask the AI to generate one for you. The Call to Action will appear as a button on the welcome screen.

Move on to the Journey section, where you'll outline the details you want the AI to gather during the conversation. Examples of data you might request include Name, Email, and Contact Information, among others.

   Provide additional context to help the AI formulate questions in a manner that's appropriate for your audience.

2. These data points are essential, and the AI will persistently return to them even if the conversation's flow is disrupted by the respondent.
